I worked with stakeholders from various departments and incorporated user feedback to determine the requirements for this new section in the app. Users can learn where to eat, shop, play and rest at multiple Nemours locations. There’s helpful information about parking, lactation support, pastoral care and other services, along with maps to aid in navigating buildings on campus. After successfully launching this for the hospitals in FL and DE, we were encouraged to develop it further by adding content for two clinics.
